Over time, Top Career Guide has actively participated in university fairs, parent-student awareness sessions, and networking platforms to bridge the gap between education providers and learners. The vision is not just to guide students, but to educate parents, build informed communities, and normalize early, structured career planning.

Dr.Bobby Rao is an experienced education consultant and career counsellor with a strong foundation in student profile building, strategic planning, and global admissions awareness. With several years of hands-on experience, she has guided students across different academic boards and career aspirations, helping them navigate critical academic and life decisions with confidence.

Her counselling style is deeply rooted in empathy, practicality, and clarity. Trish believes that every student has unique potential, and with the right guidance, exposure, and planning, they can build meaningful and fulfilling futures. She has conducted multiple career consultations, parent workshops, and awareness sessions, both independently and through collaborative platforms.

Dr. Bobby’s work and impact have been recognized across professional platforms, including features in education and business-focused magazines. She has also been acknowledged as part of Top 10 business and entrepreneur recognitions, with upcoming publications highlighting her contributions to the education sector.
As a strong advocate for women leadership and education awareness, she is actively involved with global communities such as the SHE Power Club, contributing to initiatives that amplify voices in education counselling. Trish continuously strives to add value to individuals’ lives by guiding them with honesty, strategy, and a future-first mindset.

Over the past year, Top Career Guide has witnessed significant growth, impact, and recognition. The organization has actively participated in multiple university fairs, connecting students and parents directly with global education opportunities and offering on-the-spot career guidance and clarity.

Top Career Guide and its founder have been featured in two different magazines, including an education-focused publication and a business & entrepreneur magazine, where Dr. Bobby has been recognized among the Top 100 Entrepreneur of 2025, which is an upcoming feature in the Business Magazine. The SheMagazine was a spotlight on education counselling under a dedicated category of Career counselling, alongside the announcement of the SHE UAE AMBASSADOR, further strengthening the platform’s credibility and reach.

The organization has also been honoured with two education-sector awards at separate professional events, acknowledging its contribution to career awareness, counselling impact, and community engagement.

From starting as a single-member initiative, Top Career Guide has now grown into a dedicated team of 5–7 professionals, working collaboratively to support students, parents, and institutions. The team continues to grow together with a shared vision of ethical guidance and meaningful impact.

Additionally, Top Career Guide is actively involved in 12 professional and networking communities, where career consultations, parent guidance sessions, and awareness talks are regularly conducted—spreading the importance of informed career planning across diverse platforms. Furthermore, the team has conducted various free webinars to 200 parents and students and wish to enhance credibility by actively involving in workshops in the future.
